We are Livio and Noemi!


We are a young couple of professional chefs, and this is a project!


Terracotta Cooking Lab was born from the desire to share with the world the passion and love we both feel for this wonderful art form that is cooking.


From the beginning, the goal has been to recreate the feeling of home, home, where we can joyfully welcome anyone looking for an intimate experience based on sharing.


The idea is to work with small groups, allowing us to devote the same care and attention to all guests, from adults to children, creating the atmosphere of an informal evening with friends.


A warm smile, a welcoming atmosphere and a great playlist will make you feel instantly at home!

What You’ll Experience

Let's go to Point of Sale together! We meet at school to go together to the historic Point of Sale of Sant’Ambrogio. There, based on the offer of the season we will establish a menu and once we have purchased the necessary raw materials, we will walk back to school in two minutes. During the course we will prepare a full meal with an appetizer, a first course of fresh pasta, a second course of meat or vegetarian, the respective wine pairings and a dessert. The menu varies according to the seasonality of the products, what the nearby Point of Sale offers and the inspiration of the chef. The class has an average duration of 3 - 4 hours including lesson, tastings and final discussion of all the preparations made during the lesson.
