You will learn how to create the perfect dough that gives life to a unique fresh pasta.

We will welcome you with a fresh aperitif, at km 0, with products from our countryside (allergies or intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking).
You will prepare your orecchiette and once the workshop is over you can take home your tray of fresh pasta.
