What You’ll Experience

You will meet the driver in Alberobello and leave for a real 1400 family-run farm. Here you will be welcomed by the owners who will show you the Masseria and the vegetable garden, where you will learn to recognize wild herbs, some necessary as an ingredient. You will choose from the pantry all the necessary ingredients, including extra virgin olive oil, "senator cappelli" flour, jams and you will begin the preparation in the company of the owners, experts in the Pugliese cuisine. You will prepare a complete menu with an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert and then you can taste it all in a convivial lunch.
