Experience Details
The guide of a gastronomic journalist and chef, which will take you to know the stories behind several street food outlets in the City of Oaxaca.
We will begin our tour from the Temple of Santo Domingo, an easy meeting point to locate in the center.
Next, we will taste several very peculiar and tasty street preparations, such as a hard bread soaked in natural vinegar and pickled vegetables called Piedrazo; also some sweets; meat or chileajo tostadas (vegetable salad marinated in guajillo chile and vinegar); corn products and of course tacos.
It will be a tour between two to three hours, walking through some of the main streets of the center of Oaxaca, while we enjoy the options offered by different vendors with several years of experience, becoming characters recognized by locals and foreigners, sharing a little of their history. and seasoning.
