Join a local chef in Oaxaca to explore regional flavors. Cook three traditional dishes, create sauces, and craft tortillas on a traditional comal for an immersive culinary experience.

Experience Details

Through the knowledge of a local chef, you will learn about the cuisine of the region and cook three typical dishes of the region, as well as accompany your food with sauces and make your tortillas in a traditional comal.

What You’ll Experience

Cook a three-course menu of traditional Oaxacan food, with a local chef and writer of Oaxacan cookbooks. Learn the history and origin of local dishes, techniques, as well as ingredients. It is a 100% practical class. The experience includes seasonal water and drinks. (Vegetarian, gluten free and vegan menu options available on request)
