After taking up the scooter, we will join the farm to discover their work, values and commitments (Ossau-Iraty, IDOKI, Organic Farming). We will then continue to the heights to enjoy a picnic of the shepherd: simple, authentic products and exceptional setting in the mountains. After this break, descend to Garazi with magnificent views of the valley and the village, to leave with memories full of head... and some good stuff in the bag.
