So as to summarize the activity : • You will basically learn some of the art of the Moroccan cuisine, the essential recipes to successfully cook and make your first Moroccan Tagine. • You will have a chance to interact with local women and learn their family culinary secrets. • You will cook inside a colourful full of design riad inside the old medina of Fes. • You will visit the local Souk to buy the cooking ingredients as locals do every single day. • Our workshop includes a baking session of the traditional bread 'Khobz' and a visit to the comunal oven 'Faran' if it was opened. • Choices are multiple and varied of Tagines so we discussed with you before we cook, plus we are vegetarian's friendly and you are welcome to cook depending on your tastes. Learning to cook a Moroccan meal and interacting with locals is the highlight of our Cooking workshop.
