Absolutely exceptional experience at Palais Amani! Our Sephardic cooking workshop was one of the highlights of our entire Moroccan trip.
The riad is stunning, set in a unique location with breathtaking views over the medina’s rooftops. The hospitality was truly outstanding. Fun and educational
Very fun! And delicious. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable attending this cooking class. A traditional Moroccan Lunch and dessert were prepared with instruction by the chef.
A cooking apron, a traditional Moroccan chefs hat, a sampling of spices and recipe with a certificate was received as a gift at the end of class.
It was fun and a great way to learn of the local cooking culture! I highly recommend this experience.

We absolutely loved our cooking class experience at Palais Amina. There are many options for cooking classes, many in fact, cheaper, but we were really happy to have picked this one because it exceeded our expectations. First, the place is really beautiful!
