The class starts off with a brief lecture on how mochi paste is made from mochi rice. Then, you'll learn how to prepare the cut fruit and bean paste that will become a filling for your daifuku. Wrapping it all up in sticky and stretchy mochi is the most challenging part but also the most fun!
