We had such a wonderful time at the ramen and gyoza cooking masterclass with Chef Yoshi Shishido and Amo! The experience was both fun and educational. Both instructors were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding us step by step through each stage of the cooking process. We learned so much—not just about making delicious ramen and perfectly folded gyozas, but also about the cultural background and culinary traditions behind them. Preparing the broth, noodles, and dumplings was a truly rewarding experience, and everything turned out absolutely delicious. This was a unique and memorable activity, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who loves Japanese cuisine or is looking for a hands-on, flavorful adventure!

My Mom and I did this mochi making class and loved it!! Miho was very kind and professional. We enjoyed listening about the history of mochi as well as making our own and tasting it. There was fine attention to detail and Miho made us feel right at home. The space was cozy, the mochi was delicious - I would definitely recommend!!

Incredible experience. Chef Ono and Karin were so kind and excited to have us. Chef Ono took us efficiently through making a number of different types of rolls, hand roll, and nigiri in a way that was easy to follow and remember. At the end, we ate our creations as well as some extras and were happily stuffed. Experience booked for 1.5 hours, we finished in 1 hour 15 min by choice. Would definitely recommend!
