Experience Details
Visit a working ramen shop in Tokyo and watch a bowl of ramen come to life. In this hands-on experience, shop staff guide you through the tools, ingredients, and daily routines of a real ramen kitchen, teaching traditional Japanese techniques along the way.
You’ll move from watching to doing as you learn each step. Prepare the broth seasoning, boil the noodles, and finish them with a traditional tebo strainer. Then assemble your bowl, adding toppings and adjusting flavors to your taste. Along the way, you’ll discover why timing, temperature, and technique are so important in making ramen.
The experience ends on a high note, as you sit down to enjoy the bowl of ramen you made yourself, served in the same shop where locals come to eat. It is a focused, satisfying experience that offers both insight and a great meal, all in an authentic ramen setting.
