If your dream vacation involves carbs and Italian grandmothers yelling “more flour,” this pasta-making class with Chef Aaron is basically your moment. Hosted at a stylish global eatery in Minneapolis, this interactive experience teaches you how to make two fresh pasta shapes completely from scratch using traditional Italian techniques.
Start by preparing classic pasta dough with flour, eggs and salt before learning how to knead, rest and roll it to the perfect texture.
