- Please be advised Gili Trawangan is not on the same island with Gili Air, Gili Meno or Senggigi and not even at the main island Lombok. So if you're not staying at Gili Trawangan, then you need to consider a boat ride & time to get to Gili Trawangan long before our departure time.
- Force majeure: In the event of a force majeure or severe weather and the harbor is closed, we are entitled to reschedule the departure time without any refunding to the passengers.
- Hotel picks up is not available for this program but most hotels in Gili Trawangan provide free bicycles. Please contact your hotel to ensure.
- Meeting point at Gili Hai Cruises Office, Jalan Pantai Gili Trawangan, next to Ocean 2 Gili Trawangan.
- We provide an area for guests to park their rental bikes at our meeting point
