A skilled local chef will walk you through traditional Spanish recipes as you prepare a seasonal starter, tapas-style appetizer, classic seafood paella and a creamy Catalan dessert. After cooking, gather around the table to enjoy your meal alongside thoughtfully paired Spanish wines. This relaxed, hands-on experience offers the perfect blend of culture, cuisine and camaraderie and includes recipes so you can recreate your favorite dishes when you return home.
