Food, Wine, and Friends
This was a very insightful wine tasting that not only covered the methods of the wine tasting process but also covered many wines from Italy but specifically in the Lazio region of Rome. What I found quite unique about the food was the diversity and creativity Christian provided. Foods that I would have never thought to previously pair together. Christian was an amazing soul and it was such an honor to meet him. We truly appreciated his enthusiasm for the wine he showed us and with the food he provided. A pearl for wine and Italian lovers!
This course was a wonderful discovery! The level of professionalism and passion transmitted by the teacher is very high. Each tasting is a journey through the flavors and stories of Italian wine, with clear and engaging explanations. An experience that I recommend to everyone, from enthusiasts to beginners.
