We'll show you how to pair cheeses with unusual compotes and mustards prepared by us.
You will be taught everything you need to know about the products of Lake Garda, and finally you will be served a typical candlelit dinner, with traditional Veronese dishes rich in history and ancestral tradition: the pastisada de caval, the Veronese dish par excellence, paired with toasted polenta, or bigoli with anara, a delicious egg pasta typical of the Veneto region paired with duck ragù, and if you're not a meat lover, no problem! Our creamed cod awaits you! And finally the typical dessert of Verona: the Russian cake, a puff pastry shell filled with almonds and amaretti! We are waiting for you!
