We will pick you up in private transportation from Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima, located in Callao. Our Official Tour Guide will meet you at gate number one on the first floor of the airport, and from there we will head for Carmen de la Legua district, located just a few minutes from the airport. We begin the tour with a visit to the local market in Reynoso neighbourhood to learn about the most popular ingredients in our national cuisine. Afterwards, we will have a Peruvian cooking class at Patricia Sanchez home, a professional experienced culinary chef, who will teach us some of Peru's most representative and delicious recipes. The classes are hands-on; at Patricia's home, we will learn to prepare Peruvian ceviche, lomo saltado, pisco sour, gourmet coffee, and a final dessert. After lunch, we will get back to the airport in private transportation.
