Madeira Wine is something is something special. Our guide told us about the origin and the production process and showed us around Blandy's. Really interesting to hear about the grapes, the history and side projects and seeing how this is still a family business. But of course the proof is in the tasting and taste we did! Highly recommend doing this tour while in Madeira. The guide was fantastic, the story of Blandy’s family is really cool, the small museum was very interesting and we learned some fun facts about Madeira wines. And the tasting was great. Overall, loved it all. Even if you are not into wines, still a really fun experience.
Uitstekende rondleiding. Gids wist erg veel te vertellen en was erg enthousiast. Blandys is een hele leuke wijnlodge. Tasting was ook prima. 3 leuke wijnen om te proeven.
