Crafted by local masters who regard the process as an art, is brewed a beverage that in addition to having an exquisite taste, aroma, and body, it contains the character and personality of its neighborhood. In each batch, there is a history, dedication, and effort of artisans.
Mexican craft beer is Natural, made with the 4 basic ingredients and mix of herbs, fruits or spices with distinctive attributes, innovative and original flavors from infinite combinations.
The micro-breweries that we visit are independent brands, the result of the efforts of families, groups of friends and courageous entrepreneurs.
