In a welcoming local brewery, you’ll roll up your sleeves and turn simple ingredients into fresh fettuccine from scratch, starting with flour, eggs and salt. You’ll learn how to work the dough, develop the right texture and shape it into tender ribbons ready for the pot.
While your pasta comes together, you’ll prepare a savory chicken marinara sauce with juicy chicken, tomatoes, garlic, onion, basil and Parmesan. Along the way, you’ll build practical skills you can actually use again, from handling fresh dough to creating a balanced homemade sauce. The atmosphere is relaxed, social and refreshingly low-pressure, making it easy to laugh, learn and enjoy every delicious step. Then comes the best part: digging into a warm, comforting bowl of pasta you created from the ground up.

You’ll practice practical pasta-making techniques, pick up useful kitchen tips and learn how to recreate the process at home without turning your kitchen into a flour-covered crime scene. Everything stays approachable, whether you’re a total beginner or already suspiciously proud of your pasta skills. Finish by sitting down to enjoy the comforting meal you made yourself.
