This hands-on experience lets you knead the dough yourself and work with top-quality, traditional ingredients. Begin with a tasting of local appetizers, then move on to preparing genuine pizza dough and creating your own Margherita pizza, topped with classic ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes and creamy buffalo mozzarella.
