Your Wine & Cheese Experience begins at Piazza Capranica, where you meet your wine-specialized guide and receive your Paris by Emily tote bag. The experience starts with a welcome spritz, introducing Italian aperitivo culture in a relaxed, social setting. You then enjoy a guided tasting of four Italian wines—white, rosé, red, and sweet—each paired with Roman specialties including Italian cheeses, cured meats, fresh vegetables, crusty bread, and extra virgin olive oil. Your guide explains each wine and pairing in a clear, accessible way, with light references to Emily’s time in Italy. During the tasting, you capture the moment with a Rome by Emily Instax photo and branded frame. The experience ends with a traditional digestivo—limoncello or amaro—before you head off with your tote bag and photo as keepsakes.

Honestly one of the highlights of our Rome trip

The drinks were delicious — we tried things we'd never have ordered on our own. The food was great, the host was so much fun, and the place itself was really lovely. Nothing to complain about, we just had a really good time. Would recommend without hesitation.

Best Wine and Aperitivo tasting in Rome!

Only incredible things to say from this experience. From the elegant yet relaxed setting, to the incredibly friendly staff, the incredible wines and delicious cheeses and olive oil tastings. A perfect Emily in Paris experience in Rome! I would do it again and again and I absolutely recommend it.

You don't need to watch the show to love this

Came with my boyfriend who had zero Emily in Paris context — didn't matter at all. We both learned so much about Italian wine and food culture, and the host was absolutely wonderful. What really stood out were the details: the decorations, the little gifts, everything was thoughtful and beautifully put together. You could feel the care that went into it. A genuinely lovely evening. Highly recommend.

It was a fantastic experience!

It was such a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The evening began with a refreshing Aperol Spritz in a charming setting, followed by four exquisite local wines paired beautifully with traditional cold cuts and cheeses. Wine & Aperitivo Tasting

I recently participated in the Official Emily in Paris Wine and Aperitivo Tasting in Rome with Natallia, and it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it to everyone. The evening included a wonderful aperitivo with an Aperol Spritz, four different wine selections, and traditional Italian cold cuts and cheeses. We finished the session with some excellent limoncello. It was a very cozy and warm experience overall
