A truly remarkable and enriching experience!

The whole place is amazing! The experience takes place in a 600years old Dominican monastery!!! A really deep dive into the history and roots of olive oil! The promise of wide variety of flavors was exceeded at every turn! The best part of the experience was the combination of olive oil with dishes from the local cuisine! Great job, great experience! Thank you!!!
