Enjoy an exclusive tour of our vineyards and winery, accompanied by tastings of our estate's wines and products.
After the guided tour, you'll taste four wines from our cellar paired with delicious local products:
1. "Minutolo" (white) served with semolina bread bruschetta topped with garden tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, and Primosale cheese, accompanied by Minutolo jelly.
2. '"Aurora primitivo rosè" paired with fresh Mozzarella and 'Poverella' Zucchini - sun-dried with mint and EVO oil.
3. "Cabernet Sauvignon" (red) with salami and fresh Canestrato cheese with quince jam.
4. "Primitivo" (red) matched with Caciocavallo cheese, protected by DOP status, served with cherry honey, and Capocollo also with DOP status.
