Chiesa dei Santi Apostoli

after we reach our local home, our class will begin. You will learn how to make three different types of pasta: Pici ('all'aglione'), a typical dish from Siena; Tagliatelle with mushrooms and sausage; and classic Tuscan Tortelli, filled with potatoes. Each type of pasta will be paired with a different wine to enhance its flavour. The lunch will end with a delicious home made dessert, which we will prepare together.
