We learned how to make wonderful food and got a chance to eat it along with wine. The chef did an excellent job explaining how to prepare the food. We rolled our pasta through the machine to make spaghetti. It was so much fun.
It was great to have the hands on experience that Alessandro provided. He was charming and informative and described each step flawlessly. Would definitely recommend!

This cooking class was a lot of fun and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to do some cooking while in Rome. It was a great instructor and very fun to socialize with other people from different countries also taking the class - it's a really nice travel memory to have!
