Learn to make pasta just like Nonna while having fun and learning about food and wine in Florence. Explore the tastes and aromas that make Italy world-famous as you roll out your own fresh pasta!

Pasta Cooking Class in a 12th century winery in the hills of Tuscany.
Learn to cook pasta like an Italian!
Our tour takes place in the heart of Tuscany at an ancient winery dating back to the 12th century. Here you will be able to learn about the wine make process as you visit the winery's cantina.
After that grab a glass of wine and your chef’s hat to dive into the cooking class. Because, what fun is cooking without a glass of wine in hand?!
During the lesson you will learn the art of making the famous traditional Italian pasta. You will be able to whip up your very own plate of pasta that you can enjoy during lunch. Once your hands are tired from all of that kneading we will take a break to make some sauce to go along with the pasta.
Afterwards sit down to toast with your new friends and celebrate all of your hard work. Relax and enjoy your very own creations as they are served for lunch! During lunch you will taste both the olive oil and a few wines produced by the winery.

Outstanding experience with a real Italian feel
I attended with my wife a 3 adult children. Alexa our guide was amazing. She exceeded expectations with her knowledge and abilities. We loved the food recipes The winery tour was informative and the wine was very delicious. The short drive in a mini van was comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend this event

Great class, great food and wine
The vineyard and winery were beautiful. The woman (Alexa) who drove the van and led the cooking class was friendly, knowledgeable, and a great Italian cook. She made the experience really relaxed and fun. It was actually some of the best pasta we tasted in Italy. This is not an in depth wine tasting but more of a fun cooking experience with wine served with the lunch we all made. It is only a 35 minute drive from Florence to the amazing countryside. Awesome experience
This truly was a highlight of our trip to Florence! We went to a beautiful family winery. We were given a tour of the wine cellar by Luca. He was so knowledgeable and did an excellent job in explaining and teaching about the wines. Then we went to the kitchen with Alexa. She did an amazing job. We made and rolled the pasta, made the sauce, and the tiramisu for dessert. Then we sat down and enjoyed the meal we made. We could not have had a better teacher than Alexa. Wonderful experience.
