In this 100% hands-on experience, you won't just watch a chef; you will actively participate in every single step of the preparation from scratch.First, you’ll learn the secrets to the perfect dough as you stretch and top your own Roman-style 'Pizza in Teglia' (pan pizza), famous for its crispy bottom and airy crust. Next, we will bake a golden, fragrant traditional Focaccia, mastering the dimpling technique and seasoning it with fresh rosemary and olive oil.

What You’ll Experience

In this hands-on masterclass, you will master two pillars of Italian cuisine: the Roman-style Pan Pizza (Pizza in Teglia) and authentic Artisanal Gelato. We’ll start in true Italian style with a warm welcome: a chilled glass of Prosecco paired with a delicious, warm fried pizza (pizzetta fritta), all while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze of the marina. Roman Pan Pizza: Discover the secrets of high-hydration dough to achieve a light, airy, and incredibly crunchy crust. Artisanal Gelato: You will learn the authentic technique to create creamy gelato from scratch using fresh ingredients. To end on a sweet note, we will enjoy the creation as a classic 'Affogato al Caffè' , served with a perfect shot of Italian espresso.
