After a warm welcome from Antonio and Enzo and your New Bridge Pizza Kit, you'll begin with an Italian Spritz masterclass led by Enzo, a professional sommelier and bartender, learning to prepare Italy's three most iconic Spritz cocktails using authentic recipes. Next, Antonio, a master pizzaiolo with over 35 years of experience and Neapolitan roots, guides you hands-on through the New Bridge Pizza Method: flour selection, dough, leavening, stretching, topping and baking. While the dough rests, Enzo leads a Tuscan wine tasting of three carefully selected wines. You'll then sit down in the private dining room to enjoy the pizza you made, before turning the same dough into warm fried coccoli with Nutella and powdered sugar, paired with sweet Moscato. Every guest receives a participation certificate with the recipe on the back, a souvenir photo and the official New Bridge Pizza Kit to take home. Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan and halal options are available on request.
