I don’t even drink coffee and I’d do this again !
This was a fun experience!!! I wish I could remember our guides name . She was blond with glasses. She explained the history of coffee and Turkey. We grind our own beans and prepared our own coffee in sand. She then explained the fortune telling process and proceeded to read our fortunes. It was really fun ! I highly recommend this workshop. A Must Try with Bee in Capp!
Bee was an amazing host. My best friend and I booked this last minute and we are so glad we did! You have to give this a shot! This was an intimate (fun) history of Turkish coffee and how to make it. We were able to make our own Turkish coffee in the sand and then Bee made us a favorite version of hers which I ended up buying in the store to take home with me along with coffee making items. Erem and Ece were wonderful! My kids and I felt very welcomed and were fully engaged. It was enjoyable to hear the history of turkish coffee, hear stories, chat, and do the hands on process step by step. We checked out the venue on the hotel rooftop earlier in the day while walking around Goreme and discovered the setup also has lamp and perfume making—we scheduled these so that each could do his/her own activity at the same time. Fantastic experience making Turkish Coffee with Beril
Our coffee expert, Beril, was absolutely amazing! She walked us through the entire coffee-making process and shared some really fun traditional facts about coffee culture in Turkey. The fortune telling at the end was such a fun, memorable touch! I would definitely do this again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
