Grind your own coffee beans with a traditional hand mill, brew Turkish coffee slowly on hot sand in a copper cezve, and learn the stories behind one of Türkiye’s most beloved traditions. After preparing your coffee, enjoy it with Turkish delight and taste menengic coffee, a caffeine-free regional drink known for its smooth, nutty flavor. The experience continues with a fun coffee cup reading ritual, where you discover the symbols left in your cup through storytelling and conversation. Set in the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia, this workshop is perfect for travelers who want more than a simple coffee tasting.
