Step into Shu’s ramen kingdom in Osaka, where this ramen specialist (chef and restaurant owner) is about to teach you the secrets behind crafting the perfect bowl of ramen. From noodle boiling to soup brewing, you’ll be hands-on every step of the way, learning to assemble a bowl like a pro and maybe even impress your friends back home. With Shu’s kitchen all prepped and ready, there’s no waiting around. You’re diving straight in to make ramen history.


Shu is a ramen guru with a heart as big as his broth. His easygoing personality makes the whole experience feel like a cozy hangout with an old friend, only with a lot more flavor and aroma filling the air. Whether you’re tackling seafood chicken white soup ramen, chicken white soup ramen, fish broth salt ramen, or the classic soy sauce ramen, you’ll be using pro-level tools to perfect each element.


You’ll learn how to boil noodles like a master, make delicious soup, and garnish with toppings that are as beautiful as they are mouthwatering. And when it’s all done, you’ll sit down and enjoy your creation with Shu and the gang. After all, ramen is all about community. Of course, Shu will send you off with a recipe, so you can bring your ramen magic back to your own kitchen.

I really liked my experience. Chef Shu is very knowledgeable and nice to be around. It was a fun class, everything was well organized and you can enjoy the ramen you did by yourself!
