Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop where you'll follow the guidance of our expert instructors to create fresh pasta dough. With this dough, you’ll craft your very own handmade fettuccine. Additionally, you'll learn the art of making soft, pillowy gnocchi. To top it all off, you’ll prepare your own tiramisù, starting with the renowned mascarpone cream and enjoying the process of assembling all the ingredients for one of Italy's most cherished desserts. You'll get to have a seat and enjoy a fresh pasta meal, just like to one you prepared. One glass of wine, either red or white, is also included. At the end of the workshop, you'll receive a personalized certificate, download a recipe booklet, and continue the joy of cooking traditional Italian dishes at home!

Cooking class with Alina

We’re staying in Regola and found this restaurant that was offering cooking classes. We were able to book for the next day and there was only another couple doing the class with us. Alina was absolutely delightful and a great teacher. It felt like our Italian auntie was teaching us her own techniques and recipes to make the best pasta and gnocchi. I had a great time attending the cooking class at this restaurant. The experience was excellent and very well-organized. The chefs were professional, friendly, and made the process of learning authentic Roman dishes easy and fun. The ingredients were fresh and the atmosphere in the kitchen was very pleasant.
