Check-in is available during the published departure window, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before sailing to avoid missing the boat. Once onboard, settle into your seats (or VIP room if selected), enjoy a welcome drink, and get ready for a relaxing evening on the river. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable, so please plan extra time for traffic and finding the pier inside ICONSIAM.

The cruise returns to ICONSIAM at approximately 20:45 for disembarkation. Please check that you have all belongings before leaving the boat. Timing may vary slightly depending on weather and river conditions, but staff will guide guests for a smooth exit back into ICONSIAM.
