WHAT TO EXPECT: First we’ll discuss and tailor the menu based on seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions* & occasion. Every course will be paired to an exquisite private selection of Sicilian wines. Next, your chef & host will welcome you with an aperitivo, followed by a 2 hr cooking session. You can expect to learn about ingredients while actively making a delicious 3 course meal. The menu varies according to the season but is comprised of a starter (usually pasta), main & dessert. You'll enjoy a relaxed and delicious dinner in a welcoming dining area with a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains.
