Experience Details

The uniqueness of the activity lies in the fact in the fact the format of the experience is educational. In fact, after the anthropological and historical introduction, the guests will be taught wine inspection techniques and basics, food and wine pairing strategies of novices. For experts, NWT will tune the experience to further analyze the wines and food from a deeper and more technical point of view.

What You’ll Experience

During the evening you will first be given an anthropological and historical introduction to the history of elite wines. The introduction will continue with an in-depth analysis of the history relating to each wine and its region of production. The sommelier will have chosen the 5 VERY BEST seasonal Italian wines, taking into account preferences and specific demands from the travelers. A sparkling wine, 1 or 2 white wines, 1 or 2 red wines, and a dessert wine will be chosen in line with the guest's preference, and paired with local, national, or international dishes, bearing in mind that the emphasis is on the wine.
