In this experience, you’ll make nigiri and maki sushi rolls in a hidden bar with a sleek retro ambiance in Shibuya, right in the center of Tokyo.
You will learn about the history of sushi from friendly English-speaking instructors, who will give you an overview of the local food culture and customs before you get hands-on in making both nigiri and maki sushi rolls with premium ingredients. Fish is restocked every morning for maximum freshness, and several other fresh toppings are also available.
After the sushi-making efforts, you will enjoy a shared sushi lunch, interact with your host and other participants, and take photos. Once you’ve mastered the basics of sushi-making, you can apply these skills to make sushi for your friends and family back home.
