Immersed in a picturesque setting where the sun-kissed hills allow the gaze of the two seas, Ionian and Tyrrhenian, this immersive activity allows guests to participate in an olive oil tasting and discover the meticulous process behind the creation of a high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Guided by passionate experts, discover the unique characteristics of native cultivars and the health benefits that extra virgin olive oil has.

Arrived at the meeting point you will be greeted by guides who will explain, closely, the process through which olive oil is obtained. A short walk will follow in the magical atmosphere of the centuries-old olive grove, warmed by a warm sun or moonlight, immersed in silence, broken only by the chirping of birds or the bleating of sheep. Away from the hustle and bustle of big cities you will discover the history and characteristics of the olive trees at Carolea and, through forest bathing, you will regain time by immersing yourself in a deep sensory and emotional experience, enriched by the discovery of the organoleptic characteristics that make an oil a healthy product. You will conclude the tour with a farmer's aperitif enlivened by the music of the violin and guitar among the rows of olive trees illuminated by warm lights. You can also attend, if agreed in advance, the guided observation of the starry sky.
