This gives you the opportunity to learn about vine pruning & growth from someone who actually has done the work.
You'll listen to the story behind the vineyard while meeting fellow foodies and wine fans. On this tour, you'll discover the wine making process, see the barrel room, and taste the wines.

Out of this world!
An absolutely amazing experience. Joe and Liz were fabulous hosts, and extremely generous. Will definitely be back. Everything was outstanding!

Great Visit
Taxi to the countryside. Was met by Joe and his wife Liz who gave us a warm welcome. Joe gave us a tour round his vineyard, showing us olive trees and almond tree, and acres of vines. Showed us the machinery used and explained the process, and during the whole tour, our wine glass was never empty with different types of wine, red and white. The perfect vineyard visit
A wonderful time at this small but fascinating vineyard, owned by Joe and Liz. The tour by Joe was very interesting and humorous and the food prepared by Liz was exceptional. We were part of a larger group of about 15 guests who all got on famously. The size of the vineyard and its homely appeal made it a perfect 2 hour visit. A must visit, 10 minutes by taxi from Carcassonne. Thank you so much Joe and Liz.
