ヴィーガン 料理教室

Delicious food in a warm and welcoming home. The host, Yuka, was so kind and shared her passion and love of cooking in every dish. Highly recommend! And don’t forget to say high to their small bird, Peter!

The hosts explained everything really well and put a lot of effort in the workshop, the food was amazing too, I recommend 100%!

It is an excellent experience. The food is great and they are very nice, professional and speak English in a very clear way. Very recommended!

Great experience

We had such a great time learning how to make vegetarian gyoza and ramen. Kaori-San, our instructor was SO lovely! She welcomed us in, she made everything clear and simple - and made our dishes look as good as they tasted. We’re so glad we had this experience

Lovely and educational Experience I booked the Vegan Shojin Ryori Buddhist Cuisine Cooking Class because I was interested in something different than Sushi, Ramen or Gyoza which many people offer in Tokyo. I am very glad I did because I could spent a few hours with Yuka who is an excellent host and teacher! I learned quite a lot about Shojin Ryori as we cooked a handful of dishes together. Especially the Sesame Tofu is something I can now do with confidence at home! As I also booked the trip to the supermarket with Yuka she could show me all the ingredients needed for the dishes we did prepare together. Not to mention I brought many of those home with me! I also would like to mention that Yuka’s English is very good and I quite enjoyed spending the time with her as she can teach you a lot and has many stories to tell. Also do not be afraid that the cooking course is a bit further away from the City center. I quite enjoyed walking around in Setagaya which is quite cozy compared to busy Shibuya, Shinjuk etc. All in all a lovely and educational experience which also was very authentic as we did cook in Yukas cozy home kitchen!

I really loved learning to cook with Yoshi and Amo. We felt right at home with them. The food was delicious and the recipies were easy to follow. With this cooking class, you can bring a little of Japan home with you. Don’t hesitate to go. Marielle, Montreal, Canada

It was a fascinating experience in a place with an amazing atmosphere. The hosts were very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We learned about Japanese cuisine as well as other aspects of the culture. Thank you so much for the wonderful time and for the honeymoon gifts <3

It was a wonderful lesson! Everything was delicious, and the two instructors were fantastic. I really hope the instructor who is about to turn 95 lives a long, healthy life.
