Aragawa Hyogo
Nowhere can surpass the splendor of this Kobe beef specialty steakhouse.
Restaurant Details
Expect to spend an amazing evening (and perhaps an astounding amount of money) at one of the world’s most exclusive steakhouses. Founded in 1956, Aragawa is notorious for its eight-ounce pieces of Kobe beef steak, freshly sourced from local ranches.
Specializing in the most premium Kobe beef, the sirloin dish served at the restaurant is always in high demand. With all of their steak dishes cooked in a brick oven over white charcoal, Aragawa also puts in hours of extra prep time beforehand to bring out the maximum flavor from them.
Founded by Chef Jiro Yamada and currently run by his son, Aragawa’s indisputable reputation makes this steakhouse the most famous Kobe beef restaurant in all of Japan, if not the world. Due to its extreme popularity, reservations can be tough, however the beef is anything but! In fact, it’s sure to rank among the most tender and juiciest meat you’ll ever have.
