They use homemade Chinese-style noodles, which are very popular at this restaurant. If you visit Kamenoya, you won’t want to miss their secret menu item: ten-chuka (800 yen). The soup looks beautifully clear and tastes light with a good balance of saltiness and flavors from both the fish and meat broth.
