At Kipposhi, a unique ramen shop in Tokyo, you can enjoy rich chicken-based ramen in colors like blue, pink, and green!

Restaurant Details

One of Kipposhi’s specialties is their Clear Chicken Soup “Blue” (900 yen), which is actually emerald blue-green! As you slurp the blue soup, the condensed umami flavor of chicken will fill your mouth. They also have Clear Chicken Soup “Pink Ginger,” which has pink broth, and Clear Chicken Soup “Muscat,” with a muscat-green soup. The pink ramen uses pickled ginger seasoned with Japanese plum vinegar. The sour ginger and the gentle chicken soup make a unique combination. Meanwhile, Kipposhi’s muscat ramen fuses juicy muscat with the saltiness of the chicken soup. The Creamy Chicken Soup line includes salt, miso, and sesame tantan versions. For the Creamy Sea Bream Soup line as well as the standard salt flavor, sea bream and scallop ramen is available. A la carte dishes like gapao rice, Singapore chicken rice, curry rice, and cheese risotto, are also available. You can also order alcoholic drinks here. Kipposhi is located 5 minutes from Shibuya Station on foot.
