Restaurant Details
Gathering various cooking techniques from all over China at one spot, CINA New Modern Chinese has one goal: to deliver the most revolutionary Chinese cuisine to the people in Japan. Opened by the Ushigoro group that's famously known for serving quality meat at their restaurants, rest assured you'll be getting the same, if not better, at this one. Don't be intimidated by the unfamiliar items on the menu, that's what course meals are for. Leave it to the chef to recommend their finest dishes of the evening that includes a total of eleven servings — including a Szechuanese-inspired duck meat dish, crab omelet, jet-black shrimp dish with gnocchi, berry sauce pork dish, and of course, some crispy spring rolls! Channeling the beauty of traditional Chinese cuisine, but also elevating its original form, CINA New Modern Chinese is revolutionizing Chinese dishes.
