A live soundtrack of erhu and zheng — two centuries-old Chinese instruments — fills the air at this Azabujuban restaurant, where Cantonese and Shanghainese classics are prepared with authenticity and respect. Fans of dim sum and steamed buns will be thrilled by the sheer variety on offer here, with more fillings than anyone could hope to try in a single sitting. Roast pork and Peking duck are prepared by a chef whose sole responsibility is producing these exquisite dishes, which come with beautifully crispy, glazed skin. The smaller of the dining rooms is perfect for couples or small groups, but there is also a banquet hall in which up to 100 guests can be accommodated.
