Each piece of nigiri is hand-formed in front of the guests, who can enjoy a view of the action over the L-shaped counter. In the restaurant’s exquisite course menus, the nigiri is complemented by a variety of appetizers and cooked dishes. Each course is cooked and presented one by one in traditional kappo style, from simmered dishes to grilled dishes.
