On their delicious nigiri you’ll enjoy a range of varieties, including sea bream, sea urchin, shrimp, conger eel, swordfish, salmon roe, and mackerel. Each is treated with delicate care by the chef, who even adds hidden cuts to the fish so that it falls apart perfectly in the mouth.
