Tamura Ginkatsu-tei

They use 100% rice bran oil for frying, and mackerel flakes are used in the dashi (soup stock) to give it a deep flavor. The simmered tofu cutlet is recommended at Tamura Ginkatsu-tei, consisting of tofu sandwiched between juicy minced Japanese pork, which is deep-fried and then simmered in a clay pot. It took a lot of trial and error to come up with its current form. The sweetness of the green onions and onions combined with the broth from the mackerel flakes is very popular.
