Wonderful experience with Aki learning more about Japanese food and drink culture, with tons of delicious food in establishments that truly felt local. We were also super grateful for him working around a gluten sensitivity and saw that he was attentive to various food preferences amongst our group. Aki took us to a part of Tokyo I would not have seen otherwise, down narrow streets packed with restaurants and bars, some of them under the train tracks. Delicious sake, sashimi, grilled meat, ramen and a friendly and personable host. Seeing a tiny bar with friendly customers was a highlight. Come very hungry!
