Gyoza Yemek Pişirme Dersleri

Yoshi-san and Amo-san are simply great! 2 hours of quiet time and learning how ramen and gyoza are made, in a quiet suburb of Tokyo. We learned a bit of history behind ramen and gyoza while getting the opportunity to make it ourselves. This hands-on experience is great, even for people like me who rarely enjoy cooking. We also had a quick, fun competition (no spoilers here!). The broth was the only thing prepared since it takes hours upon hours to make. But other than that we made basically everything else from scratch. AND, we got to eat our delicious creations at the end! TOTEMO OISHIKATTA-DESU! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Our host was very Kind and we had a lot of fun! Accomodation for Vegan and Vegetarian eating were no problem and our host spoke good english, so it was easy to learn not only about cooking but about japanese food in General. Some parts of the meal like the broth were already prepared because they take a long time to make, but our host explained in detail how he did it so that we are now confident that we can try it at home. It was a fascinating experience in a place with an amazing atmosphere. The hosts were very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We learned about Japanese cuisine as well as other aspects of the culture. Thank you so much for the wonderful time and for the honeymoon gifts <3

Amo & Yoshi were such amazing hosts and teachers....and most important the Ramen and global were AMAZING!!!!. The class was small (just my wife and i) which made it very personal and allowed us to enjoy our time without a large class distracting them with other students. Book this now! If you are looking for an authentic ramen making experience that caters to a vegan diet, look no further. I've been to many vegan cooking classes in the US for american dishes and wanted have a true ramen making experience in the heart of it all. Kaori delivered; 15/10 experience! Kaori is an exceptional host, chef, and great person. She was able to provide an experience through the market identifying the ingredients for the ramen and gyoza, open her home to create an exceptional meal, and provided translations to common phrases you need to get around Japan. In addition, she even gave recommendations to local restaurants and shops. My husband and I had such an amazing time making ramen and gyoza and were too full after 😅 it was a highlight of our first trip to Japan. Definitely would recommend to everyone to book this experience before you spend time at any other tourist attraction. This experience beats any view you pay for in the city.
