너무 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 주인분과 직원분 모두 유쾌하게 잘 진행해 주셨고 영어가 매우 뛰어나십니다. 초밥을 민들어 보는 경험이 색달랐고, 스팟만 찍고 다니는 한국인들에 비해 체험을 많이하는 서양분들이 많이 방문하는 것 같습니다. 사진도 찍어주시고 졸업증서도 주시는 디테일도 좋았습니다. 만족도 높아요^^ 시간이 변경될 시 메일로 안내해 주시는데 송신인이 한자로 되어있다고 스팸취급하지 마시고 잘 읽고 참여하세요^^

The Temaki Sushi & Tempura Cooking Class was a GREAT experience! Chef Choi is truly an exceptional Master & we would give him the highest Michelin rating! He gave clear explanations of the ingredients, how to slice the vegetables & seafood, how to get the right consistency of the tempura batter. We especially enjoyed his tips on how the professionals fry the layered, squared egg omelette, deep-fry the tempura and how to roll the temaki sushi. Along with Chef Choi teaching us cooking skills, the next best part of the class was savoring the sushi & tempura - oishii desu ne!

Joining this cooking class was a truly unforgettable experience. We made authentic vegetable and shrimp tempura, and learned the traditional sauce and Japanese breading techniques, so different from what I've seen online. Then we prepared hand-rolled temaki sushi using premium ingredients like fresh salmon, tuna, fish roe, marinated beef, and vegetables.
Everything we made was absolutely delicious! Each bite was full of flavor and made with care. This is something everyone should experience, to truly taste and feel the heart of Japanese cuisine.
I'm deeply thankful for this opportunity given to foreigners like us to experience Japanese culture through food. Thank you to the chef, the wonderful staff, and the entire team. It was more than a class.. it was a beautiful cultural journey I'll never forget.
